Recognize Your WORKSAFE Project and Safety Team
Mark Wieland recently joined the CSSI team as a Safety Consultant and WORKSAFE Manager. Mark brings to the team a long history of work in the safety industry with extensive experience and technical skills in providing loss control and safety services to a wide variety of clients.
Mark’s extensive background includes safety supervision and management for an Iowa-based commercial general contractor. He also has experience as a loss control consultant with a workers’ compensation company and most recently as a risk management specialist with a Des Moines-based general liability insurance company. Mark also has proudly served our country as a combat engineer in the United States Marine Corps.
Having job site experience both from the contractor’s perspective as well as risk and loss control responsibilities from that of the insurance industry, Mark is uniquely qualified to bring a different perspective to CSSI clients on job site safety.
Mark’s skill set nicely complements that of the current CSSI team members – Brandon Black and Michael Messer. Together, these safety pros make up one of Iowa’s premiere safety consultant services for the commercial construction industry.
