During our time together on Friday, we will focus on the "Lean Startup" aspect of the Idea Workshop. We will look at several case studies with details about how the initial prototype was built and how it moved through the stages of growth into full implementation. We will also engage participants in an activity that will help develop the skills necessary to build lean prototypes. This is an incredibly important step in our process, so please encourage multiple team members to sign up and attend!
