World Partnerships was asked to address international trade as a component of US foreign policy. Matthew Nolan, Partner, Arent Fox LLP (Washington, DC), a respected international trade lawyer with decades of experience advising public and private sector clients, engaged this group with an overview of how US trade policy is made, how it works, who influences it, and how it relates to US foreign policy.
