Labour Market Plan 2015, Summary Report: Find out about Hamilton's Current Labour Market Conditions
Did you know that the top five competencies that employers are looking for in employees are:

  • Work ethic, dedication, dependability (13%)

  • Self-motivated/ability to work with little or no supervision (12%)

Workforce Planning Hamilton recently released its Labour Market Plan 2015 as well as a Summary Report. 

Read the Summary Report for information such as job postings by skill level; the number of job postings per month; and find out about WPH's Labour Market Plan Update and plans for future projects.
