Final Rule: Updating the Davis-Bacon and Related Acts Regulations


On August 8, 2023, the Department announced the issuance of the final rule, “Updating the Davis-Bacon and Related Acts Regulations.” The final rule updates regulations issued under the Davis-Bacon and Related Acts that set forth rules for the administration and enforcement of the Davis-Bacon labor standards that apply to Federal and federally assisted construction projects. As the first comprehensive regulatory review in nearly 40 years, revisions to these regulations will promote compliance, provide appropriate and updated guidance, and enhance their usefulness in the modern economy.

REVISED DIBBS USER TERMS AND CONDITIONS 2023


In order to enhance information security, DLA will be updating the DIBBS user terms and conditions the evening of 06 Jul 2023. After this date, all DIBBS registered users will be prompted to accept the new terms and conditions the next time they log into the system. Until the new terms and conditions are accepted, DIBBS users will not have their full access privileges.

Fort McCoy supports session of 17th Wisconsin Government Opportunities Business Conference


Fort McCoy supported a session of the 17th annual Wisconsin Government Opportunities Business Conference in building 905 at the installation.


Tamaya Jo Loewe, executive director of the Juneau County Economic Development Corporation served as the master of ceremonies for the session of the conference. The conference, which was organized in part by the Wisconsin Procurement Institute, focused on helping small business owners and representatives learn more about working with the federal government facilities at Fort McCoy.
