Day 2 of the 15th Annual Government Opportunities Business Conference (GOBC) will be a full-day event.

** UPDATE – GOBC Day 2 was originally planned to be an in-person event at Volk Field. Due to the recent arrival of Afghan refugees at Ft. McCoy, Volk Field, hotels, food service and other area resources have directed their focus and priorities on those arriving at the base. We are therefore transitioning to a virtual format for this year.**

Workshops covering small business lending topics, free business assistance resources, and ways to plan, start and grow a profitable business are offered.

No cost registration is being done in conjunction with Marketplace. While registering for TCA, please note there are options to register for additional Marketplace 2021 session and events.

TCA is an opportunity for businesses to grow their technical knowledge of contracting with the State of Wisconsin, Federal Government and Government Prime contractors. The series of workshops will benefit established businesses looking to grow and develop their government sales. TOPICS TO BE ANNOUNCED SHORTLY – check back to our website for updates.

Marketplace, the Governor’s Conference on Diverse Business Development connects business owners from across Wisconsin seeking to do business with state, federal and local governments as well as the private sector. At the conference, minority, woman, veteran, small and LGBTQ-owned businesses can learn from and connect with resource providers, government representatives, corporate buyers and business professionals to lay the framework to develop new partnerships and new contracts.
