WPL Family Winter Reading Challenge and Book Bingo Boards offer added winter reading fun.

WPL will be closed on Monday, January 17th, in observance of Martin Luther King Day. Click HERE for information about the Township Virtual Interfaith Salute to Dr. King which will air at 1 pm, Monday, on TV-35.

Visit the libraries to stock up on some winter fun for all ages. The Family Winter Reading Challenge game boards are available in all locations and Winter Book Bingo (click HERE for more information) will run through February 28th. We look forward to seeing you soon.

Iselin will host a Robotics Event

Join the Iselin Branch Library January 22 2-4PM as the top-ranked, award winning FTC robotics team will teach the fundamentals of robotics. Team members will do a presentation regarding programming and building robots, present the FIRST Robotics program, promote interest in robotics, and introduce children to competitive robotics.

Open to Grades 3 - 10.

If you struggle to get your child to try new foods, you are certainly not alone. Join Christina, a Speech-Language Pathologist, as she speaks to why children may be selective eaters, when to seek professional assistance, and what your role as a parent is during the stressful mealtime routine. Tune in virtually on January 20 at 7PM from the comfort of your own home, and feel free to chime in, ask questions, and engage in friendly conversation.

One of the largest free genealogy websites, FamilySearch.org contains a massive global collection of records and resources. This program will tour the site as well as provide search tips and techniques for navigation of the main components (searching and browsing records, digital library, research wiki, and family trees).

Don't know where to start with applying for SNAP benefits? Have questions about the process, or even your eligibility? Join a representative from Elijah's Promise and have your questions answered. You may be eligible and not even know it!
