Lilly Singh: “A Seat at the Table” Isn’t the Solution for Gender Equity. Watch Here. Lilly Singh explains that the goal for women should not just be to get a “seat at the table,” but to build better, larger tables to include people of all genders and races. Organizations are more successful when they are more diverse; rethinking the way we include historically marginalized people can benefit everyone.

We recommend this great resource exploring the role of women within the 3rd branch of government. Read More. Learn about those women who broke barriers and served as “way pavers” in U.S. History across the federal court system.

Have a way that you or your organization honors Women’s History Month and want to share it with us? Let us know!
