Judge Amy Fellows Cline joined the Court of Appeals after a 20-year career as a litigator, handling civil, criminal, and administrative law matters in state and federal courts. She represented clients in trial courts across Kansas, as well as before appellate courts, the Kansas Corporation Commission, Kansas Department of Labor, Kansas Human Rights Commission, and U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

Project Spotlight: Economic Analysis

The PPMC is conducting an economic impact and feasibility study for the City of Abilene to assess the effect a sports complex will have on the local economy, including:

Potential job creation
Tax revenue
Operational feasibility
Financial viability
Other costs and benefits not typically considered

KCCEOA Institute & Academy

The PPMC enjoyed having KCCEOA Institute and Academy in Wichita March 6-10 for education and training. There were 39 county clerks attending Institute and 40 county clerks attending Academy this year. KCCEOA is a wonderful association to work with.

CCMFOA Spring Conference

The 2023 CCMFOA Spring Conference was held in Manhattan, KS from March 22 to March 23. There were a total of 135 city clerks in attendance. This was a great opportunity to provide professional development and training to this great association.
