T4's ARE NOW AVAILABLE
The most effective method of receiving your T4 is to log into Mosaic using your Mac ID. You can find your T4 in the Employee Self Service section:
- When you are logged into Mosaic, at the top centre of the page, click the “Mosaic Home” drop down and select “Employee Self Service”
- It should load a new page with a button “View T4/T4A Slips”
However, we recognize that many WRC part-time faculty who receive payroll stipends for pre-clerkship teaching or leadership roles have not activated their Mac ID or do not otherwise use Mosaic. As an alternate to logging into Mosaic to retrieve your T4 you can:
-
Contact hrlink@mcmaster.ca or (905) 525-9140 x22207 and let them know that you are part-time regional faculty and that you do not have regular online access to Mosaic. They will be able to email you an electronic copy of your T4.
-
Log into your online CRA account, if you have set one up. T4s are automatically uploaded to the CRA from McMaster.
Your MacID can be found at the bottom of your letter of appointment, if you know your MacID but have forgotten your password you can go to the following website for assistance https://www.mcmaster.ca/uts/macid/. If you have forgotten your MacID contact Jennifer Tran who can provide you with this information.
