Software Product Vision

Our vision for this project is to create a greenfield attribute tracking software that is accurate, effortless, and empowering — a tool that saves time, reduces stress, builds trust, and provides users with a seamless experience.

WREGIS Software Update

WREGIS is on track to release its new software on February 17, 2027. We continue to develop features during Q4 2026 and intend to begin beta testing in early Q1 2027. Users in our testing pool will be asked to participate in that testing effort. In early February, there will be a blackout period (restricted access) during the software transition. More detailed information about the blackout period will be shared in the coming months.

Upcoming Opportunities to Provide Feedback

In Q4, stakeholders will be invited to provide comments and feedback on the:

  • Updated Terms of Use
  • Updated Operating Rules

During the 30-day comment periods for both the Terms of Use and Operating Rules, three overview webinars will be scheduled to provide opportunities for stakeholders to learn more about the proposed updates and ask questions.

Training Tip: Submitting a Generator for Approval

Make sure generator approvals go smoothly by submitting a complete documentation package. Here are some reminders:

  • Generation registration documentation requirements are outlined here.
  • Uploaded documentation must be legible and signed and include all pages and amendments.
  • Use the “Save” feature while you gather documentation and information to avoid losing any work.
  • Once everything is uploaded and completed, select “Submit Generator” in the top-right corner of the screen to start the review process.

For more information, see the Generator Registration Guide.

Substantially Completed Features

For information on substantially completed Phase 1 software features, see WREGIS Platform — Phase 1 and 2 Features, which will be updated as features are substantially completed. This document provides transparency for stakeholders on development progress.
