Software Product Vision

Our vision for this project is to create a greenfield attribute tracking software that is accurate, effortless, and empowering — a tool that saves time, reduces stress, builds trust, and provides users with a seamless experience.

WECC Announces WREGIS Software Launch Forum

WECC has announced the selection of eight stakeholders who will participate in the WREGIS Software Launch Forum (SWLF). The eight members include: the SAC chair, one WREGIS committee member, two state program administrators, one qualified reporting entity, and three general customers (see named members below). The SWLF members represent a broad swath of WREGIS programs and customers across WECC’s service territory. The goals of the SWLF are to increase the transparency of the development process, build stakeholder confidence and trust, and build excitement for the custom platform. WECC looks forward to launching the SWLF in May and engaging with this group.

WREGIS Training Tip: Billing Information

Keeping billing information up to date in WREGIS ensures that invoices are delivered to the right people or department in a timely manner. Outdated billing information may prevent invoice delivery and cause delayed payments, which may cause system access restrictions for delinquent accounts. Please review the following billing details to ensure your entity’s contact information is current:

  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Mailing address
  • Billing contact name
  • Purchase order number (PO Number)

To update billing or other organization information, follow the instructions found in Updating Organization and Billing Information on our website. Changes completed in WREGIS will be effective within the next billing cycle and will not be retroactively applied to outstanding invoices. For copies of outstanding invoices, or for help applying a payment, contact wregisar@wecc.org for assistance.
