Go and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the son and the Holy Spirit. Matthew 28:19, 20, NLT
I’m always excited when I am challenged by a sermon to go outside of the walls of my church to share the good news of Jesus Christ, for it's just a reminder of my primary purpose as a Christian- to go and make disciples.
Before Jesus ascended to his heavenly father, He charged his disciples to go and make disciples. That charge wasn't just for the twelve who followed Him - it extended to everyone who would come to know Him as savior, including you and me.
How can we, as Christian writers, step into this mission of making disciples?
We make disciples by sharing the good news of Jesus Christ through the written word. We write to share his love for the world and his power to heal people from their deepest hurts and deepest wounds.
Christian author Marlene Bagnull states: “While we may never go more than a few hundred miles from our homes, our written words can go around the world and make a difference for all eternity”.
Are you ready for your words to make a difference around the world for eternity? Then write to make disciples!
Sharing the journey,
Jeaninne

What specific topic or experience is God calling me to share through my writing today to help make disciples for His kingdom?
Pray
Lord, use me today through my written words to make disciples for you. Amen.
