Important Info

Garages

We have 2 garages open, please email Jaycie at registration@racewrl.com if you are interested in securing one of these garages. First come first served. $600/garage for the weekend.

Vendors

Continental Tire, Drivers Eye Live, and Dyno on the Go will be on-site.

Camping

Overnight stays in paddock $100/weekend to WRL @ Registration.

RV/Power

Payable to Mid-Ohio: 419-884-4000 at the track

HPDE

$500 - 6 (40 min) additional sessions

ACTION ITEMS

WRL tech is annual - if you have not tech'd your car in 2024 you must submit a completed disclosure worksheet w/ dyno no later than 3/22/24 to Race@racewrl.com if competing at this event. Failure to submit by 3/22/24 may result in your car being DQ'd from podium results / points if tech cannot be completed in time. If you have already tech'd this year and do not need to make changes, no action is required.

You must bring 2 physical copies of your disclosure worksheet to tech inspection.

All drivers must be registered for the event on Motorsports Reg as well as have an up-to-date WRL membership. If you have trouble or questions with driver registration please email Registration@racewrl.com

All drivers must have a 2024 helmet sticker on their helmets. If you do not have a 2024 (24-XXXX) helmet sticker you must bring a physical copy of the form to registration along with your helmet.
