WRL is excited to announce the 2026 Schedule of Events

We are excited to bring you the 2026 WRL schedule of events! As always building the schedule is a challenging task but we've worked hard to bring you your favorite venues while also pursuing new opportunities. Once again this schedule has been driven by your feedback, track requests and reciprocates the support of the many teams who continue to travel the furthest to race with us.

Below you will find 10 confirmed dates, a new new venue and some date changes. Date changes have been made to help increase gaps between the regional championships and the National Championship at COTA, increase turn-around time between events when possible and reflect an effort to move some dates into better weather. These date changes and new venue represent one of the largest year-over-year adjustments to our typical WRL schedule and we hope you're as excited as we are about these improvements!

2025 has been another phenomenal year of endurance racing with the best people and best competition in amateur motorsports - and we're not done yet! We're thrilled to take on new challenges in 2026 - look for format and pricing announcements in the coming weeks!

Max Track Time Returns For 2026 as Official Testing Partner of WRL!

Max Track Time is once again named the Official Testing Partner of WRL for the 2026 season supporting you at ALL 2026 WRL Events (Yes, even Barber)! Max Track Time has options before our WRL events and standalone events as well - see below for the Max Track Time Schedule!

Eagles Canyon Raceway — Feb 6-8, 2026

WRL is excited to announce that Eagles Canyon Raceway has been selected to kick us off in 2026 once again! Eagles Canyon offers drivers lots of elevation, great flow and even better racing. Join us in February to discover why this track became an instant WRL Favorite!

Barber Motorsports Park — Feb 27 - Mar 1, 2026

Max Track Time Open Test - Feb 26, 2026

Barber motorsports park is BACK as the 2nd round of the 2026 WRL Championship season! Called the Augusta National of racetracks, Barber never disappoints! This 2.38 mile, 16 turn facility boasts a ton of elevation, huge technicality and race-ability that makes this a WRL favorite every year.

Thunderhill Raceway Park — Apr 3-5, 2026

Max Track Time Open Test - Apr 2, 2026

Thunderhill Raceway Park joins the 2026 WRL schedule as the 3rd round of the 2026 Championship. Thunderhill is a cornerstone of North American endurance racing and WRL is excited to host our first event in California in 2026. Nestled in the hills of North-Central California, this track has it all - lots of speed, elevation changes, and breathtaking surroundings. California teams we need YOU to help us spread the word and help us continue exploring opportunities on the West coast. 

Where's Mid-Ohio? Mid-Ohio has been a staple on the WRL calendar for several years. The opportunity to race at Thunderhill required a big lift from their team and we felt the time is right to push further West. We have submitted a date request for Mid-Ohio for late June, 2026 but Mid-Ohio is still working on confirmations and we do not have a verbal or written confirmation - if this date can be accommodated we will announce it as soon as possible, and if not we will continue working towards a favorable-weather date and a return to Mid-Ohio in the near future.

Road America — Apr 24-26, 2026

Max Track Time Open Test - Apr 23, 2026

WRL heads North in April 2026 for the 4th round of the 2026 championship season at Road America. As one of the only tracks that has maintained it's original configuration and course design since it's opening as a dedicated road course, Road America is a truly unique (and fast) experience. Race the kink with us at one of our most popular events this coming April!

DAYTONA — Jun 5-6, 2026

Max Track Time Open Test - Jun 4, 2026

WRL heads back to Daytona in 2026 for the 5th round of the 2026 season with 14 hours of racing finishing under the lights at the World Center of Racing! REGISTRATION INCLUDES FRIDAY TEST/QUALIFYING! Race this legendary 3.57 mile road course with us and enjoy the 31* banking, bus stop and of course the unforgettable Daytona sunset as we race into the night!

Road Atlanta — July 24-26, 2026

Max Track Time Open Test - Jul 23, 2026

WRL heads back to historic Road Atlanta for the 6th round of the 2026 WRL Championship season! This 2.55 mile road course has been the favorite track of many racers since they opened their doors in 1970. With extreme elevation changes, lots of speed and unmistakable character you won't want to miss this one in July 2026!

Watkins Glen International — Aug 28-30, 2026

Max Track Time Open Test - Aug 27, 2026

Watkins Glen returns earlier in the schedule as the 7th round of the 2026 WRL season! Watkins Glen needs no introduction - high speeds, massive elevation and an atmosphere as epic as it is unique. Motorsports history doesn't get much deeper than this in North America! We're excited to offer this new date with less risk of winter's interference.

Where's High Plains? High Plains Raceway and World Racing League have been synonymous since the inception of the series. Restructuring of the schedule driven primarily by factors outside of our control means that we could not accommodate HPR into the schedule. We're hopeful that with our expansion West we will be able to add HPR back to the West Championship in due time. Massive thank you to HPR staff, especially Glenn Conser, for the many wonderful races and support that has been a huge part of WRL's growth and development.

Burt Brothers Motorpark (UMC) — Sep 25-27, 2026

Western Championship Finale

WRL heads back Burt Brothers Motorpark (formerly Utah Motorsports Campus / Miller) for the 8th round of the 2026 season following an EPIC inaugural event in 2025! Opened in 2006, this state of the art facility was named "Motorsports Facility of the Year" that year by the Professional Motorsports World Expo in Cologne, Germany. Offering some of the finest facilities in North America, a fast, technical track with lots of visual elevation and plenty of runoff.

Sebring — Oct 16-18, 2026

Max Track Time Open Test - Oct 15, 2026

Eastern Championship Finale

WRL Heads back to Sebring International Raceway - the “birthplace of American Endurance Racing” for the 9th round of the 2026 season on this new date. The best way to sum up Sebring is "iconic" - since 1950 this track has played hosts to the most famed drivers and teams that racing has ever seen. This date change means less date conflict with COTA allowing plenty of turn-around time between the regional and National Championships. Get ready to take on the bumps of this 3.74 mile, 17 turn icon in October of 2026.



COTA National Championship — Dec 4-6, 2026

National Championship Finale

WRL Returns to Circuit of the Americas for the 10th and final round and our signature National Championship event! If you haven't raced at the only permanent Formula 1 track in the US, it's time to treat yourself! Experience the thrill of 90 cars in a multi-class endurance format at this incredible facility December, 2026! This event has always sold out, be sure to be ready when registration opens to secure your spot at the 2026 US Endurance Championship at COTA.
