Get started on making your workplace safer, while earning rebates, this Healthy Workplace Month by joining our Health and Safety Excellence program. Smaller businesses (1 to 99 full-time employees) can now also double their program rebates and get $1,000 towards their safety plan until the end of 2023. 

Starting January 2023, WSIB account statements will be available exclusively through our online services and we will no longer be mailing paper statements. Businesses can log in or sign up for our online services now to view their WSIB account statements.

Now, people with claims who are approved for travel can book a taxi through their online services account. Next year, people will also be able to securely report their injury, illness or exposure incident and get updates through their online account. For more information visit wsib.ca/myclaim.

Everyone will now need to create or sign in to an existing WSIB online services login (i.e., email and password) to submit claim documents, including forms, letters, reports and receipts. Using a login adds an additional layer of security, helping us keep your information safe. We’ve also introduced a new look and feel to make the service easier to navigate.

People who are injured or made ill at work, and who don’t speak or read English or French, can now watch a video on our YouTube Channel that explains how to submit a WSIB claim. The video is available in Polish, Portuguese, Punjabi, Spanish, Tagalog, Thai and Vietnamese. Videos in more languages will be posted in the coming weeks.
