WSRA Conference Update:
WSRA has been continuously monitoring the rapidly evolving situation regarding COVID-19 (Coronavirus). On Sunday, Governor Inslee announced the closure of all entertainment, recreational facilities, and non-essential meetings.  Click here to view his full address . Our first priority will always be the health and safety of all our members, attendee’s, sponsors, exhibitors, and other partners.

As a community organization, and in keeping with the spirit of our Governor’s orders, we feel we have an obligation to our community to postpone our annual conference originally scheduled for May 17 - 20, 2020. While our Conference and Trade Show is beyond the dates Governor Inslee indicated, we feel it is in the best interest of our members to postpone.

We are so thankful for your support. We're grateful for the Hilton's diligent work to help in moving the date of our event.  Our 40th Annual Conference and Trade Show will now take place November 1 - 4, 2020 . Of the two dates available, this seemed to be the date with the least amount of industry conflicts.

If you are registered, we will transfer your registration to our new dates. If you're registered but are unable to attend, we will issue a refund. If you have reserved your room, you will receive a cancellation email from the Hilton tomorrow. If you don't hear from the Hilton tomorrow, please be sure to follow up with them to change or cancel your reservation. The Hilton is working to update our group code to the new dates.

We are actively working to finalize details and will send updated conference information as soon as possible. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this might cause.

On behalf of the WSRA Board of Directors, we want to thank you for your ongoing support of WSRA.
