FINANCIAL AID CHATBOT AT YOUR SERVICE 24/7
Have questions about financial aid? The WSSU Financial Aid chatbot is at your service 24/7. Visit any Financial Aid webpage and the chatbot will pop up in the bottom right-hand corner.
FINANCIAL AID TV (FATV)
WSSU Financial Aid TV (FATV) provides you with financial aid answers 24/7. You have access to a searchable database of hundreds of videos and tutorials. 
 
The Understanding Your Financial Aid Offer playlist includes information about college financing plans, Pell Grants, federal work study, and more.

ATTEND A PAYING FOR
COLLEGE TOWN HALL
Tuesday, April 6 at 6 p.m.
You, your parents, and your family are invited to attend a Paying for College Town Hall on Tuesday, April 6 at 6 p.m. Experts from Financial Aid and Student Accounts will lead a discussion and Q & A session to assist you with paying your bill.

Registration: Please register for the town hall through your Ram Admissions Portal.
Several Paying for College Town Halls will be scheduled throughout the semester.

The Student Accounts Page gives you information about billing , methods of payment , and more. You’ll find details about RamPay: The WSSU Payment Plan which offers enrolled students an alternative payment plan to help meet costs of education, including tuition, room and board, and other costs associated with enrollment.
