Let Go and Hold On

Dear Ones:

Many of us long for a time when we are simply whelmed by life, rather than overwhelmed.

For the moment that you are reading this message, I invite you to breathe in and breathe out and let go.  As Aly Halpert invites us, loosen loosen...we don't have to carry the weight of the world in our muscles and bones...let go, let go, let go.

And hold on, beloveds.  Hold on to your sense of compassion, to your own worth and that of your neighbor.  Hold on to your willingness to care and to share.  Hold on to what you find beautiful, kind, loving, and true.  And hold on to each other.

As we celebrate Earth Day today, may you practice loosening and holding on, both faithful practices for the long haul on our spiritual journey together.

I hold you in my heart, beloveds.

In faith,
Rev. Deanna Vandiver
Bridge Minister, WSUU
Affiliated  Community Minister for Love and Liberation, CFL

May you enjoy these invitations to resilience resources and spiritual practices, beloveds!
