Dayna Duffy brings more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry, with a career that has spanned everything from front desk operations to field-based roles. Today, she serves as a Project Manager, overseeing the JOC division while also pursuing new business opportunities. Her passion for the industry remains just as strong as when she first began, fueled by a dedication to teamwork, leadership, and continuous growth. As the Director of Development for WTS Metro Phoenix, Dayna plays a key role in securing and managing corporate sponsorships, supporting event partnerships, and assisting wherever needed to strengthen the organization. A WTS member for the past two years, she was drawn to the organization by its engaging industry topics and the opportunity to connect with other professional women in transportation and construction. Through WTS, Dayna has built meaningful professional relationships and gained a deeper appreciation for the collaboration and effort behind the organization’s events and initiatives.
