WE NEED YOUR HELP: The Federal Reserve’s 2024 Small Business Credit Survey is now open, and the West Virginia Small Business Development Center is a partner on this effort. Owners and key financial decisionmakers of for-profit businesses, we ask that you share your recent experiences about how you use debt, what financial conditions you face, and more. Answers to these questions contribute to data that directly inform the Fed, federal government agencies, service providers, policymakers, and others—a public good ultimately benefiting your business and others like yours. The time has come again for the U.S. Small Business Administration to collect nominations for the 2025 National Small Business Week Awards. The NSBW Awards recognize the outstanding achievements, triumphs, contributions, and resilience of SBA-assisted small businesses that help to drive the American economy. Last year SBA’s West Virginia District Office celebrated National Small Business Week in Fairmont, WV on Wednesday, May 1, 2024 with a luncheon awards ceremony for five small businesses.
