2019 - 2020 WVBANKERS BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Congratulations to the members of the West Virginia Bankers Association Board of Directors who were installed during the 2019 Annual Convention. Mike Nelson, Pleasants County Bank, St. Marys, was named 2019-20 Chairman, George Ford, The Grant County Bank, Petersburg was elected as Chairman-Elect, and Chad Mildren, United Bank was elected incoming Vice Chairman.
Also elected to the Board for three-year terms were Alan Brill, Capon Valley Bank; Ryan Curry, BCBank; Jim King, The Bank of Monroe; Chad Prather, Huntington National Bank; Greg Shupe, Pioneer Community Bank; and, John Wilson, Jr., Putnam County Bank.

Wardensville native Michael McDonald named
CEO
of Capon Valley Bank
The board of directors of Capon Valley Bank has announced that Michael McDonald has been named CEO of the bank, effective June 1. McDonald succeeds Alan L. Brill as CEO. Brill, who will continue serving as bank president and assume a new position as the bank's business development officer, had been the bank's CEO since 2001
