WVP Enews: Summer Storms are Here

Hello, Watershed Friends!

Summer storms are here and putting green infrastructure to the test. Is the flow of stormwater slowing down, spreading out, and soaking in?

Thank you for your watershed care and stewardship. Your personal actions to slow, spread, and soak in stormwater make a positive impact to our shared waterways.

Be Well,

Lisa Meranti

Watershed Volunteer Program Coordinator

WVP Happenings

Did you know that WVP stewards are busy during the summer monitoring water quality throughout NEO watersheds? We invite you to check out this work on the WVP website!

While you are there, explore the new online platform to visualize water quality data from eight Lake Erie Basin watershed groups. On this interactive map, you can view side-by-side comparison of historic and current data across the lakefront.

Special thanks to all the water quality monitors past and present!
