Welcome Weekend Move-In

Sign Up for a Move-In Time Beginning August 2

  • All students will need to sign up for a move-in time slot to help the campus manage traffic and limit congestion.
  • The sign-up form will be available at 10:00 am CDT on August 2, 2021, in Housing Self Service.

Where To Go

  • All students will check-in at the Wellness Center parking lot. This is where you will receive your key, and further instructions for the Stop, Drop & Go zones.
  • A move-in day map will be made available later in the summer with more information about how to get to the Wellness Center and to the residence halls.

Unloading in Stop, Drop & Go Zones

On move-in day, follow these parking and unloading guidelines to keep the process moving:

  1. Pull your vehicle up to your hall’s Stop Drop & Go zone.
  2. Volunteers will ask for your license plate number and information. Quickly and safely unload your labeled belongings onto the sidewalk. You, a friend, or a family member should stay with your belongings.
  3. Park your car at the nearest parking lot and return to your hall to help bring the remaining items up to the room.
