Hello Mark,

The Housing & Residence life team is spending time finalizing and preparing the details for Welcome Weekend and Move-In! The Resident Assistants are beginning to arrive on campus for training, and in less than a month, all of the students will be back in Grand Forks for a new academic school year. We're anxiously awaiting your arrival and can't wait to welcome you to your Home at UND!

The Welcome Weekend Move-In Stop Drop & Go map is linked in the email below. As well, we wanted to remind you that Drop & Dash sign-up is currently available and the Welcome Weekend Move-In sign-up will open on August 2.

We're here to help make your transition to college and university life as smooth as possible. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to our team and we will do what we can to support you. Email us at or call us at 701.777.4251.

Tara B. Hughes, M.S.

Assistant Director, Housing Operations

Move-In Day Map Now Available

When you arrive on campus for Welcome Weekend Move-In, please follow the instructions on the map to get to the Wellness Center parking lot. We ask that you follow the map and not your GPS, as it may take you on another route that may be unavailable during move-in.

All students should arrive from Gateway Drive or Columbia Road. After you check-in, follow the map to the Stop Drop & Go zones at each hall.

To help alleviate traffic and congestion, campus road directions can change or close. The Move-In Stop Drop & Go map will have the most up-to-date information for how to get around campus.
