Spotlight on Pam Temple
2015 CFLA Graduate, Facilitator, Board Member
Has it already been two years? Has it really only been two years? So much has changed for me along that short piece of my life's road. I left some of my "stuff" in the dust, traded some of it for other lighter more useful things. And I picked up new tools for learning, things I once thought I'd never use: candles, stones, tarot deck, singing bowl, Pocket Goddesses. Thank You To Poetry Girl
Congratulations and gratitude to long-time WWf(a)C writer, Nancy Jones. Nancy recently completed her poem-play, "Poetry Girl," which is available as an
e-book and audio-book. The voices in the audio book are actors from CCM's Acting Program.
Proceeds from book sales are split equally between WWf(a)C scholarships for girls, CCM's Acting Program, and Circle Tail service dogs. You can learn more at
poetrygirl.org.
Nancy and her husband Dick hosted a celebratory dinner at Dewey's. Clem, Nancy's service dog, graciously delivered the checks to each organization's representative. Good, dog, Clem!
