TEXAS #123
DISCOUNTED TROPHY AOUDAD- LAST DATES FOR 2026
| | |
These hunts take place in the mountains of West Texas, on approx. 80,000 acres, with a year-round population of aoudad. Although you can cover a lot of ground on 4 wheelers, this hunt can be physically demanding and it will be to your advantage to be in good physical shape, although they can accommodate most hunters. You hunt elevations of 4,500-6,500 feet on some rugged rocky terrain in a typical desert habitat; rocky slopes and good balance and quality boots and footwork do help. Temperatures range from 20 degrees to 85 degrees. Shots will average between 150 to 350 yards, although terrain can cause some shots to be 400+ yards.
These are tough animals and we recommend at least a .270 rifle. Javelina are sometimes available as well, at no extra charge. There are no wild hogs on the ranch. Arrive the day before your hunt, sight-in your rifle, and likely go hunting that afternoon. The closest airport is El Paso, and you will meet the outfitter in Van Horn. We have done this hunt ourselves!
| | |
The regular price of $6,250 is now reduced to just $4,750 per person 2x1 for 3 ½ days, including meals and lodging, in-field transportation and trophy prep. That is a true bargain these days, with some aoudad hunts now going for over $7,000!

ARGENTINA #33
DISCOUNTED TROPHY RED STAG (LAST ROAR DATES FOR 2026!)
| | |
Argentina is a land blessed with a huge variety of hunting and fishing opportunities, including big red stags roaring in the hills, incredible wingshooting for doves, docks, perdiz and pigeons, along with many other big game animals. It’s simply one of our favorite places to send clients because they always come back happy. World-class hunting, awesome hospitality, reasonable pricing and virtually 100% success…it just doesn’t get any better than that!
This outfitter has his own hunting ground in the Province of La Pampa, which is the very best stag area in Argentina. They hunt approximately 45,000 acres of century-old scrublands. These free-range stags will be mature animals, typically with very good mass and have 5x5 or 6x6 racks averaging approx. 300” SCI (estate hunts for stags up to 600” are also available – ask for pricing), and you can shoot the biggest one you see, with no trophy fees! We have sent many clients here, and Hunt Nation President Ed Manasse has also hunted here.
| | |
The price of these hunts continues to defy inflation, and the regular price of $5,000 has now been discounted to just $4,500 USD per person (NO TROPHY FEE!) for a 5-day hunt. Packages include 1x1 guiding, with all meals and lodging in a 5-star lodge, along with gun rental and ammo (few places offer that!). Or you can even do an outstanding BIG GAME COMBO consisting of 1 free range red stag, 1 water buffalo, 1 blackbuck and 1 wild goat, all for just $11,000 USD per person for a 5-day hunt. Includes 1x1 guiding, with all meals and 6 nights’ lodging in a five-star lodge. Licenses (approx. $400) and gun import permits (if bringing your own) are extra, and all airfares. Additional hunting days can be added for extra charge.

NORTHWEST TERRITORIES #283
DISCOUNTED ARCTIC WOLF
| | |
This long-time multi-species outfitter has been operating in the Arctic for many years. The wolf population on these barren-lands is high, estimated in the thousands. It is also a prime area for wolverines.
This is a spot & stalk hunt, which means you’ll be glassing areas that have caribou, as the wolves follow the caribou. You will be out glassing and hunting for 10 hours a day. Expect to travel many miles by snowmobile each day, looking for fresh wolf sign. When a pack is located, it is not uncommon to be able to harvest more than one animal, as these wolves rarely if ever see humans in this remote area. But hunts for these intelligent animals are tough, requiring a lot of mental stamina and patience, often in harsh conditions. Opportunity rate is always very high, and last season they were 100% opportunity and 100% success, including 8 wolves taken in just 2 days. And the hide on these wolves is simply stunning!
| | |
The regular price of $9,500 has now been discounted to $7,500 USD per person 2x1 for a 6-day hunt. A 2nd wolf or a wolverine are each $2,000 USD extra. Tax of 5%, license/tags and export permit fees are extra. You must fly into Yellowknife, Northwest Territories, and the outfitter will pick you up from there. Accommodations are in heated mobile trailers.
2026 DATES:
February 8-13 (3 spots)
February 15-20 (3 spots)
March 17-22 (4 spots)
March 24-29 (4 spots)

SOUTH AFRICA #256
HOSTED HUNT: FREE RANGE PLAINS GAME SAFARI
| | |
This is an opportunity to join Hunt Nation’s Don Sangster on a free range plains game safari in South Africa in late May/early June 2026 (exact dates to be set based on your schedule)
Most experienced hunters will tell you that there is no better place in Africa for variety and abundance of plains game species than South Africa, and that there is no better value for your safari dollar. But ALL of South Africa is high-fenced, right? WRONG! We work with a premier outfitter in South Africa that is entirely FREE RANGE, and over 1.2 million acres/1,800 sq. miles of it at that, in different areas of the country. All species hunted (about 35 in total) are indigenous, wild and self-sustaining. In addition to plains game, their concessions have Cape buffalo and elephant as well. They also offer muzzleloader and bowhunting, and even some upland birds and waterfowl. They even have fishing, and some great sightseeing and eco tours for the whole family.
This outfitter hunts 3 main areas, and this hunt will take place in their Umko Valley concession, in KwaZulu Natal Province (although hunting from more than one camp can certainly be arranged). The game here inhabits the dense indigenous forests and rolling hills of this 150,000-acre conservancy. Southern greater kudu, nyala, bushbuck, Cape eland, reedbuck, waterbuck, wildebeest and zebra are just some of the plains game species available. The camp is a traditional luxury tented camp on the banks of a river, with en suite chalets, electric blankets, and indoor and outdoor showers, all of which contribute to a great atmosphere and overall experience.
| | |
There are 2 ways to structure your safari.
-
Pay a daily rate and then pay a trophy fee for each species taken. Daily rates are only $400/day per person 1x1 or $300/day per person 2x1. Trophy fees start as low as $250.
-
Allow us to put together an all-inclusive package for you based on your most desired species. Packages normally offer a discount on the trophy fees included in the package, but the package price is fixed whether or not you bag all the species contained in the package.

WYOMING #143
HIGH-SUCCESS DEPREDATION COW ELK HUNT
| | |
The perfect meat hunt! Physically very easy, perfect for families and older hunters and anyone wanting elk meat. And youth licenses are a bargain!
These Wyoming ranchers are sustaining massive crop damage annually from marauding herds of elk, numbering 30-150+ animals. Due to damage claims taking so much money out of WY Game and Fish coffers, a special arrangement has been negotiated to allow this select group of ranchers a Special Depredation Hunt. There is no time limit to apply; no points are required to draw. All private lands (after payment of your deposit, you will receive instructions to follow to obtain your tag). In 2025, a Wyoming cow elk tag for non-residents was $303, and a youth license for a cow elk tag was only $115 (we don’t expect any price change for 2026).
You will be fully guided 2 hunters per 1 guide. All hunts are 3 days, although we expect you likely fill out quickly. Shots will likely be from hay bale blinds looking over about 3,000 acres of alfalfa and hay fields, and ranges can stretch out to 300-400 yards, so be prepared for that. You should see numbers of elk, and careful shooting is required to avoid hitting more than one animal. Any cows with young calves cannot be taken. If you want a second cow, you must pay the full price. Wounding counts as a kill normally. In 2025, Hunt Nation clients were 12 for 12!
These hunts take place in south-central Wyoming. Meals and lodging are not provided, but we have a hotel where you will get discounted rates. Expect hunting to be early and late, with midday breaks. Once harvested, your trophy will be transported to the local processor where they will skin, quarter and freeze for around $100.

Price: $2,700 per hunter. This is a 2x1 hunt, so you must have a group of 2 (or 4) to book.

ONTARIO #345
TROPHY WHITETAILS
| | |
Only the most serious big buck hunters think of Ontario when talking about big whitetails, and that’s a shame because this huge province produces some huge bucks. But not in all areas. So when our Agent in Ontario, Canada told us about this outfitter, we very excited to bring them on board.
This family-run operation has been in business for nearly 25 years, and they are located in WMU #10 in northwestern Ontario, between Lake of the Woods and Rainy Lake. This area is known for big-racked and big-bodied bucks, but what really excites us about this hunt is that it is ALL PRIVATE LAND – approx. 25,000 acres of it, owned or leased by this outfitter, with food plots, mineral licks, and groomed trail systems.
These rifle hunts run from the last Saturday in October through November 15, so it’s a short season, but it falls during the pre-rut/rut period, when bucks are on the move and looking for does. Hunts are conducted over bait from ground blinds and ladder stands
Success rates are typically 50%-60%, with opportunity rates running more like 80%-90%. Bucks have averaged approx. 150” over the years, but they have taken some up to 190”.
| | |
These 6-day rifle hunts are $4,750 USD per person, plus 13% sales tax and approx. $250 for license. All meals and lodging are included. Field dressing is also included, but caping/skinning and meat processing are extra. Accommodations are in a modern lodge that sleeps 12.
2026 DATES:
November 1-7 (2 spots)
November 19-15 (4 spots)

NEW MEXICO #222
TROPHY BULL ELK
| | |
This outfitter offers hunts in one of the most sought-after elk zones in New Mexico, Unit 12. This area contains a mix of private, State, BLM and tribal lands, and is known for its elk hunting opportunities, particularly for trophy bulls. Elk tags can be very difficult to obtain for non-residents, but this outfitter controls a private ranch in Unit 12 totaling 11,200 acres, so they get a number of bull and cow tags each year. That means you are guaranteed access to buy your State license, without having to worry about the draw.
With a combination of mesas, hills, valleys and open flats, there is a little bit of everything on this property. Parts of the ranch are wooded with very thick cedar and pinion trees. They pride themselves on offering a high quality hunts and overall experience for their hunters. The ranch is very much a family setting.
| | |
These hunts are $15,000 per person 1x1 for a 5-day hunt, plus license and approx. 4% NM tax. Lodging and meals are included. There are 2 spots available, with your choice of the following 2026 dates:
October 17-21
October 24-28
November 14-18
They also have 6 cow elk hunts available in November for $3,000 per person 2x1 for a 3-day hunt, including meals and lodging (license and approx. 4% NM tax are extra).

MEXICO, YUKON & BRITISH COLUMBIA
WILD SHEEP HUNTS
| | | | |
If you are working toward your Sheep Slam, you know that prices are only going up, as demand remains high and quotas low. Time is not an ally in this quest. Opportunities need to be seized when they arise. Here are three such opportunities:

Conducted on numerous large ranches spanning more than 80,000 acres, this outfitter offers one of the best free-range desert sheep hunts today. Rams will score from 160” and larger, with some exceptional trophies taken in recent years.
Yukon #16 – Stone Sheep. This long-time Yukon outfitter hunts Stone sheep along the BC border, from the Cassiar Mountains to the Pelly Mountains. They take only a few sheep hunters each year, and they take some very good rams, including a few Fannins. This is a horseback hunt and, like almost all sheep hunts, it is a physical challenge.
British Columbia #125 – Rocky Mountain Bighorn. Located in southeastern BC, this operation takes just 2-3 sheep hunters per year, and they have consistently produced trophy rams in the 160”-175” class range over the years (this is a full curl area).
