Another month of record growth in Greater Waco --
The Greater Waco Economic Index Report reported 74 months of economic growth through July, increasing to an all-time high of 129.6 for the month. Major drivers have included impressive growth of residential construction with number of permits for single-family housing up by 50 percent, ever increasing retail spending, and solid automotive spending.
