White Timbers Winery, Vineyard & Events with a ribbon cutting!
White Timbers is located at 10036 Rittman Rd. in Wadsworth.
Owner Peggy Ewald, her daughter Jess and their whole family have created a gorgeous atmosphere for you to enjoy their fantastic wines and “snackable” menu.
They frequently host musicians and food trucks on the weekends.
And with a view like theirs, you’re sure to have a great evening.
They have transitioned to their winter hours which are:
Fridays 4-9 pm, Saturdays 12-9 pm and Sundays from 12-5.

Recap of Wadsworth City School Board of Education Meet-and-Greet
The Wadsworth Area Chamber of Commerce was pleased to host a Meet-and-Greet to get some insight into the three candidates for the Wadsworth City School Board of Education.
Here is a short biography of each of the candidates:
Tim Beck
With nearly 30 years of experience advocating for children, youth, and families, Tim Beck is an ideal candidate for Wadsworth City School Board of Education. He comes from a proud family of educators and will work hard to help students and teachers thrive. Tim will listen to the needs of families and educators and strive to provide practical solutions so that our children can succeed both now and in the future.

Melanie Raines
Melanie Raines lives in Wadsworth with her husband, Joshua, and their three Grizzlies; Elijah (11th), Emma (6th), and Ephraim (3rd). Mrs. Raines has a master’s degree in healthcare administration and is the Executive Director at Wadsworth FISH. She also sits on the Medina County Health Department Health Center's CoApplicant Board, volunteers with Feeding Medina County, and is active with our Wadsworth City School PTO.

Jill Stevens
A resident of Wadsworth since 1992, Jill Stevens joined the WCS Board in January 2020 and currently serves as President of the Board. She has been married for 35 years in November to Dave Stevens, and the couple has three children - Amanda, Megan, and Adam - all of whom attended Wadsworth schools. Jill has worked at Westfield for 29 years and her current role is National Customer Care Center Leader.

Raffle tickets for the Cops & Kids event are now available! Tickets are $1.00 each and can be purchased at the police department (120 Maple Street) or through any Wadsworth Officer.
The prizes this year include an Xbox, two hours of bay time for up to six people plus a $300 gift card to BigShots Golf - Akron, and four tickets to a Cleveland Cavaliers game in 2024 (date TBD by WPD).
Every dollar made from the sale of these tickets goes toward our Cops & Kids event where local children in need are provided an all-expenses paid shopping trip for the Holidays with first responders.
Tickets can be purchased with cash or checks to “Wadsworth Cops & Kids.” The last day tickets can be purchased is December 1st. The drawing will be held December 2nd immediately after the Cops & Kids event.
