On April 25, 2023 The Housing Authority of Cook County (HACC) will begin accepting pre-applications for the South Suburban Senior Living developments for one (1) bedroom at the following Communities for persons 18 years of age or older:

The HACC’s Multifamily Designated Housing Plan approved by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, states that the HACC must retain the option to house income qualified families aged 18 and older in our Housing Developments.

To qualify for the wait list opening:

• The head of household or co-head/spouse must be 18 years of age or older;
• Household will be required to pay rent equal up to 30% of their adjusted annual income or the flat rent applicable to the property;

Wait List Pre-Applications will be available on April 25, 2023 at 10:30 a.m.

All applications must be complete on line at www.thehacc.org

(Closed on Wednesday)

**All office locations will be opened the date of wait list opening**

Pre-applications will be accepted until May 30, 2023.
