Clinton Ridge Apartments: Waitlist OpensMay 4

Hello!

The waitlist for our Clinton Ridge Apartments, Alcohol and Drug-Free apartments in the Powellhurst Gilbert neighborhood, will open Thursday, May 4 at 10:00 a.m., and will close after 25 applications have been started.

We are letting applicants pre-register their applications starting today, April 20. Please note: Pre-registering does not secure your spot on the waitlist. Even if you have pre-registered, you will need to start your application after the waitlist opens on May 4.

There is one non-project-based studio apartment available. The rent for this studio apartment is expected to be about $460/month.

To qualify for an affordable apartment at Clinton Ridge, applicants must have a monthly income of at least 1.5 times the rent amount, but not have an income that’s above 40% AMI ($30,000 for a one-person household).

As an Alcohol and Drug-Free property, drug testing and clean urinalysis results (including alcohol panel) are required prior to move-in and randomly thereafter during tenancy. More information on these requirements can be found on the Clinton Ridge webpage.
