Dear CSAN Members and Friends:
Earlier today, U.S. Sec. of Education DeVos granted states the authority to waive the assessments under the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act. Following that, earlier this afternoon Superintendent of Public Instruction Jhone Ebert announced that Nevada has submitted the waiver request to the U.S. Department of Education.
