A note from the School Director

Dear Wake Prep Families,

It was such a pleasure meeting so many of you at last Friday’s Welcome Event! What an incredible evening! Please share your event photos on our Facebook page, #wpaguardians!.

If you weren’t able to attend, don’t worry! We will have additional opportunities in the coming months to meet staff, purchase uniforms, and learn more about our academic, fine arts, and athletics programs.

RAISE EXPECTATIONS

As we prepare for the coming school year, we ask that all parents and students please take time to review the Parent & Student Handbooks and Conduct & Consequences Matrix together. The expectations within the handbooks are critical to establishing and maintaining our positive campus culture, and moral and wholesome environment.

We look forward to starting the new school year with a common understanding of our rules, expectations, and guidelines.

DRESS CODE

Dress code is an important part of our culture at Wake Prep and is a requirement for all students. Please review the dress code and ensure your child is prepared to be in proper dress code when school begins.

Uniforms can be purchased here. We will also be scheduling opportunities to purchase polo shirts and Friday shirts in person. Dates will be communicated by newsletter and our Facebook page.

7-12 COURSE SELECTIONS

If you have not already done so, please complete the 22-23 Course Selection Form and email your child's most recent report card or transcript to Alexis Franco, Assistant Director of Student Services, at afranco@wakeprep.org.

ATTENTION RISING JUNIORS & SENIORS: DUAL ENROLLMENT INFORMATION!

If you are interested in earning dual enrollment credits through Wake Tech’s Career and College Promise program, applications for the FALL are now open!

CCP Program Information

Application Link - Be sure to select FALL as entrance selection

By applying now, students will have early access (in April) to register for and secure FALL courses!
