New Boiler Sensors

Walchem is pleased to announce that we have identified and qualified a second source for the cell constant 1.0 boiler sensors with ATC. Starting this week, you will begin receiving the new boiler sensors for all controllers purchased with the “A” model code option, as well as all sensor option “A” and 190762 or 191087 purchases. Orders for the sensor-only spare parts (190768 and 191694) will be the same sensor you’ve been receiving for many years now.

The new sensors are shorter in length than the existing ones, but otherwise have the same specifications.

New Molded Flow Cell

for Non-Membrane Disinfection Sensors

Our new flow cells were designed to make you more competitive when selling our non-membrane type disinfection sensors.

We have two versions, one for use in existing metric (8 mm OD tubing) applications and one for US (3/8” OD tubing) applications. Both are rated to 8 bar and 70 C, matching the specifications of the 104033 acrylic flow cell, at a fraction of the cost. Since you can now choose the tubing size that is commonly used in your area, the tubing and tubing fittings for the process connection are not included with the flow cell.
