We want to send a friendly reminder to inform all fitness center fobs will need to be renewed for the 2023 year. Please recycle your 2022 fitness cards with the residential concierge to retrieve your new cards for the 2023 year.

This card can be used as a reference to verify proof of Waldorf Astoria residency and may be accepted for various local promotions and special offers at participating restaurants. If you would like to request a Waldorf Astoria Resident ID card, click here.
Please be advised, this benefit is solely extended to current Unit Owners and Residential Tenants who reside at Waldorf Astoria Residences, Las Vegas. Lost or stolen cards may be replaced and will be issued only one time per calendar year. The card will expire yearly on December 31st and must be renewed yearly.

Loading Dock Schedule
As a friendly reminder, the loading dock is only available for request every Monday - Friday from 9 am - 5 pm. At least 72 hours in advance, a minimum notice must be given to secure the residential service elevator usage. Any loading docks that are not scheduled in advance will be refused entry to the building. All loading dock requests can be arranged with the residential concierge at laswd.residence@waldorastoria.com or + 1 (702) 590-8883.

Unit Owner Responsibility for Contractors
The Unit Owner who hires a contractor is responsible for that contractor when he/she is working in the building. Any damage to the common areas or common elements caused by a contractor is the responsibility of the Unit Owner. All required permits for the renovations being performed must be displayed on the work site and copies given to the Residences Management Office prior to commencement of the work. All contractors must provide the required certificate of insurance to the Manager prior to entering the Condominium or loading dock.

2023 Annual Fan Coil Preventive Maintenance | |
The Residences at Waldorf Astoria, Las Vegas, is dedicated to providing routine maintenance. We are pleased to inform you of the upcoming 2023 preventive fan coil maintenance program, which commences between April 3 - April 25. The annual maintenance of the Fan Coil Unit requires an outside 3rd-party to complete. The Association has engaged Atlantic Air to perform this work on behalf of Unit Owners. The cost of this program is included in the Association's 2023 Operating Budget.
An overview of the scope of work provides an inspection of every FCU in the building and the completion of preventive maintenance work. This includes cleaning out clogged drains and coils, replacing air filters, inspecting valves and junctions, replacing water sensor batteries, and other preventative maintenance work.
A Waldorf Astoria Team Member will escort the Atlantic Air contractor(s) and grant access to your residence, staying with the contractor(s) inside your residence during the service inspection.
Each Resident will receive a notice via Buildinglink of your scheduled appointment the week prior.

Las Vegas welcomed 38.8 million visitors in 2022, according to research published today by the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority (LVCVA). This represents a 20.5 percent boost from 2021. Las Vegas leads the nation in overall hotel occupancy, which averages 63 percent.
Major international sporting events are also on tap for the Greatest Arena on Earth this year, including the NFL Pro Bowl (Feb. 5), L’Etape by Tour de France (May 7) and the inaugural Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix (Nov. 16-18), which will launch its inaugural event in Las Vegas. We are thrilled to welcome Maddy to Waldorf Astoria Residences as a residential concierge. Maddy has worked within multiple outlets in the Hotel side of the Waldorf Astoria. She has Twelve years of experience with the formerly Mandarin Oriental and Waldorf Astoria and will add another layer of success to our quality efforts.
What do you look forward to most about working for Residences? I worked for the hotel for so long that it will be nice to meet our permanent guests that live here, and I look forward to providing service to the concierge.
Fun fact we don't know about you? I play guitar very well.
Favorite restaurant and order? My favorite local restaurant is Red Lobster, and enjoy the Salmon!
What is your favorite local thing to do? I like shopping and dining at the 'District' in Henderson!
