Fomula 1 Repaving Construction Updates
The Formula 1 Las Vegas race may be more than six months away, but preparations are becoming more visible each day.
The main road closure in front of Harmon & Las Vegas Blvd is causing detours and heavy traffic. Crews have started tearing the Boulevard to repave it for the race. Plan ahead, and please allow extra time for traffic.

Drain Line Reminder
Please be advised; Your drain line is connected vertically to your neighbors up and down the tower. Therefore, be mindful of items you choose to flush down the drain, as you may indirectly cause substantial damage to one of your neighbor's many floors away.
If a blockage in the common drain line occurs, all exiting drain water from above that point will take the path of least resistance and potentially back up into someone else's home.
We kindly ask all residents to be careful, help eradicate clogs, and think before acting. If you need more clarification on what items you may drain, please click here to learn more.

Unit Owner Responsibility for Contractors
The Unit Owner who hires a contractor is responsible for that contractor when he/she is working in the building. Any damage to the common areas or common elements caused by a contractor is the responsibility of the Unit Owner. All required permits for the renovations being performed must be displayed on the work site and copies given to the Residences Management Office prior to commencement of the work. All contractors must provide the required certificate of insurance to the Manager prior to entering the Condominium or loading dock.

Loading Dock Schedule
As a friendly reminder, the loading dock is only available for request every Monday - Friday from 9 am - 5 pm. At least 72 hours in advance, a minimum notice must be given to secure the residential service elevator usage. Any loading dock deliveries that are not scheduled in advance may be refused entry to the building without proper notice. All loading dock requests can be arranged with the residential concierge at [email protected] or + 1 (702) 590-8883.

An email notating any repairs found during the inspection was sent to all Unit Owners. Kindly note that the Residential Unit Owners are solely responsible for all scheduled service requests and repair costs. | | | |

BLVD - PROJECT
The New York investment firm Gindi Capital has filed paperwork to develop a 300,000-square-foot retail complex on the site, the paper reported. The project, located on the east side of Las Vegas Boulevard just south of Harmon Avenue, would be three stories tall and include a luxury hotel.

We are thrilled to welcome Andrew Ditchen to Waldorf Astoria Residences as a residential concierge and official member of our team. Andrew has worked within the Hotel side of the Waldorf Astoria. He has 9 years of experience with the formerly Mandarin Oriental and Waldorf Astoria and will add another layer of success to our quality efforts.
What do you look forward to most about working for Residences? The most enjoyable part of working for The Residences is being treated like family. Also, everyone is very cordial and helpful! I look forward to building new relationships.
Fun fact we don't know about you? I'm avid reader of Science, History, and Theology.
Favorite restaurant and order? My favorite local restaurant is Pier 215 Fusion Japanese and everything on the menu is fantastic.
What is your favorite local thing to do? Trying out new restaurants with my family.
What are three hobbies you enjoy outside of work? Cooking, Working out and travelling.
