Walk Across Arkansas (WAA) Begins Sept. 21!
Registration is now open!
WAA is an eight-week team-based exercise program. Teams of three to eight set physical activity goals and try to meet them with a little friendly competition.

When: Fall Walking is from Sept. 21 - Nov. 15

Where: Anywhere!

How: Walking is the primary activity but any kind of exercise counts! You do not have to physically exercise with your team, however we encourage members of the same household to exercise together. To learn more, visit our website.
