Keep those pledge forms coming in every day! Please remember that each pledge form must have the corresponding payment attached to it. No Money…No Credit! Checks can be made out to St. Lawrence School and must be separate from other checks written out to the school. Extra pledge forms and sign sponsor sheets are available on the Walkathon Webpage.

Here's some important sponsorship information:

Sign sponsorships are a great way for businesses to advertise.
For a $100 sign sponsorship, we will advertise for the business - with signage at the event, on our website, & on social media!
Submit paperwork & payment to the office by 10/7 for sign sponsors.
If you are a new sponsor this year, we need your high-quality graphic logo emailed to stlawrencewalkathon@gmail.com
Don't Forget! Our sponsor raffle is twice a week! If your child brings in a corporate sponsor at any level, they are entered in a raffle to win a Squishmallow! Check out last week's winners ! Thank you for your support!!

Our Walkathon goal this year is $65,000. We were able to well exceed this last year. We are excited to report that we are quickly approaching the halfway mark already! Please keep those pledges coming in!

We raised over $4,000 in online pledges last week! Set up your page today and send your personalized link to friends and family.

Just a few quick steps and you can join the kids already raising money online:

Find our Give Smart Page here.
This link will bring to you to the page that looks like the image above & click on "Create a Student Page".
Follow the instructions on our Fundraising Ideas Sheet.
Once you set up your page, a Walkathon committee admin will approve your page. You can share your link by signing in, clicking on "my info", clicking on "my fundraising page", then click on "edit my fundraising page" - your sharable link can be copied and sent out via email or on social media. Anyone using that link will donate directly to your child.
Siblings can share a page - we will split the money between them unless directed otherwise.

Early Bird Dress Down Pass

There's still time to earn these Dress Down Day Passes!! You have until October 14th to send in a gift card or assembled gift baskets.

Remember

Any student who brings in a gift card or an assembled themed auction basket for our silent auction, will receive an “Early Bird” Dress Down Day Pass
These passes must be used before November 1^st (Mass Days excluded)(These donations are separate from class auction basket donations.)
These donations can be sent to school anytime between now & October 14th!!

Class Auction Baskets

All Class Sign-ups have been sent out. Please consider donating to your class basket and pay careful attention to donation deadlines. We need time to assemble these baskets to get them ready for the auction!

Last year our class baskets raised over $1,000! Remember the class with the highest bid on their baskets at the end of the auction wins a class party!!!

Week 1 Raffle Winners

Each week, bring in at least $10 in pledges, and you will be entered into our Friday Raffle Drawing! Two winners from each class will be chosen each week Warm your heart Walkathon moment: Huge love goes out to Jordan Maier in Kindergarten for emptying her piggy bank to support our school. Mass Readers & Collection

Thank you to our 4th & 5th grader readers who spoke at Mass this past weekend to advertise our annual fundraiser. We'd like to thank Natalie Hall for speaking at the 4pm Mass, Dominick DiVasto for speaking at the 8am Mass, and Jack Chapman for speaking at the 10am Mass. You all did a beautiful job! Thank you for representing our school.
