Dear Wamogo Families and Friends,

We are excited to announce that in the near future Wamogo's Blog will be featured on our website, wherein Wamogo news and announcements can easily be accessed. The focus of the blog will be to exhibit student work and student accomplishments. We hope that this will provide an ease of communication beneficial to Wamogo students, teachers, parents, and community members.   

Conferences for Wamogo High School students will be held on Wednesday, November 9 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:25 p.m. Wamogo Middle School conferences will be held on the same night from 4:00 p.m. to 7:25 p.m.  Parent-teacher conferences will provide you with information regarding your child's courses of study.  It also gives you an overview of the teachers' approach regarding expectations for meaningful learning.  We sincerely hope you will attend.

Automated calls regarding student attendance occur daily at 5:00 p.m.  If your student is unexcused tardy or unexcused absent from any class, parent/ guardians will receive an automated call.  Please note that it is important for Wamogo to keep an accurate record of absences due to state laws and the potential for loss of credit.  If you have questions regarding Wamogo's attendance policy, please refer to the student handbook by clicking
here.  Additionally, please communicate attendance concerns with your child's teacher or guidance counselor. 

Parent Coffee Hour is scheduled for Thursday, November 3 at 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. in the Library Media Center.  We are looking forward to this opportunity to meet with parents and hope you are able to attend.

Superintendent Search Focus Group
November 7, 2016
James Eisenhaure Auditorium, Wamogo Regional High School 

The online survey for our Superintendent Search is now available at for your input.  

There will also be a Focus Group conducted for Region 6 district parents, citizens without children in the system, and our governmental officials on November 7, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. in the Eisenhaure Auditorium at Wamogo Regional High School.  Consultants from Cooperative Educational Services will facilitate the 45-minute meeting.  

The Board hopes that you will take advantage of one these two opportunities to provide input on the challenges our next Superintendent will face, as well as the experience, expertise, and qualities that they should seek in a candidate.
