Why Did I Make The Change? Purchasing & mailing out catalogs is a big expense for my business. While I'm more than happy to do it for customers who place orders, I have discovered that many customers who purchase from me may be ordering from another demo and already receive a catalog from them. Also, some of my customers are themselves hobby demonstrators who are just wanting to earn a class kit. Finally, in today's mobile society, addresses can change and be outdated quickly.
