Join us on Sunday, December 3rd for a short rib dinner paired with a flight of three wines carefully selected by Prairie Grass Cafe's sommelier, Pierre Lasserre. The wines can be ordered that night to be picked up on December 23rd (or before) with your Christmas Eve Dinner Package from Prairie Grass!

Call Prairie Grass Cafe at (847) 205-4433 to make a reservation. You must specify that you are reserving for the short rib dinner when making your reservation.

Reservations will be taken up to Friday, December 1st or until we sell out.

Holiday Treat Package

We are excited to introduce the holiday treat package! These cookies from her mom’s holiday recipes are near and dear to Chef Sarah’s heart. The Chicago Artizen chocolate praline bar uses pecans from Three Sisters Garden and was created by Aaron Lindgren—a friend of Chefs George and Sarah from their Ritz Carlton days. These layers of personal connection make for a heartfelt gift. The holiday treat package will be available for pick up beginning December 15th.
