Get a $10 Gift Card
By sharing your experiences in talking about birth control.

You can receive a $10 gift card for simply filling out a short questionnaire after your next primary care visit. The survey is anonymous, takes 5-10 minutes, is offered in many languages and will help CHA better respond to your birth control needs. Be on the lookout for a text message after your next visit with a link to the survey from CHA and our partner, Upstream.
What’s New At CHA?

CHA patients can now schedule a COVID test in MyChart! Go to "Visits", click "Schedule an Appointment" and choose any time you see available. You don’t need symptoms to get tested and we’re now offering tests for travel too. Testing is done at our CHA Malden Care Center.

Somerville Campus is up and running. Services at the CHA Somerville Campus at 33 Tower Street have reopened after last year’s water main break. This includes CHA Urgent Care, the Eye Center, the GI Center, medical and surgical clinics, OB/GYN, and other services.

CHA Somerville Campus expands pediatric services. We welcome patients and families from Somerville Pediatrics, which moved to 236 Highland Avenue from its previous home at CHA Broadway Care Center.
