The Tennessee Chapter of the Appraisal Institute will offer the basic (or beginner) classes in Nashville starting in June of 2020 as originally scheduled.

We are continuing to monitor the COVID-19 situation in Nashville. According to the Nashville Road Map for Reopening, the city will be in Phase II by this time and will be allowing groups of up to 50 people to meet.
We will limit this class to no more than 50 people. The room is large and there will be ample room for students to spread out and feel comfortable.
*Please note that TN Real Estate Appraiser Commission (TREAC) has approved a 4 hour Supervisory Appraiser/Trainee Appraiser Course to be taken online starting in July of 2020. Students will need to complete this fourth and final basic class online before they are able to begin logging their experience hours for the state. The TN Chapter of the Appraisal Institute will no longer offer a classroom version of this class.
