New Pro-Life Tax Credit!

Gov. Landry Also Signs New Pro-Life Law

Hello Benjamin,

It is time to save lives AND save on your taxes!

We helped lead the creation of the Maternal Wellness Center Tax Credit Act that sets aside five million dollars in nonrefundable state tax credits for citizens who donate to centers that are qualified as “maternal wellness centers!”

The Louisiana Department of Revenue (LDR) has released guidance on how to claim your tax-credit, and the Louisiana Department of Health has a full list of eligible centers.

Here is a brief outline of the steps for you to reserve your tax credit:

  • Donate to an eligible Maternal Wellness Center (MWC).
  • Receive a form from the MWC called Form R-90156.
  • Submit the form to the Department of Revenue via mwc@la.gov.
  • LDR completes the form and returns it to you.
  • File your taxes and claim the credit!

Please visit ProLifeTaxCredit.com to learn more and feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions!

For a Pro-Life Louisiana,

P.S. Please share the good news about the tax credit! Download our flyer and bring to your church!

Landry Signs Bill Into Law!

Yesterday, Gov. Landry signed the Justice for Victims of Abortion Drug Dealers Act (HB 575) in a signing ceremony with Louisiana Right to Life and Rep. Lauren Ventrella, Rep. Julie Emerson, and Sen. Rick Edmonds!

WATCH: Legislative Recap

Learn about pro-life bills and legislative challenges in the 2025 Legislative Recap. Policy Director, Erica Inzina, J.D., explains the impact each law that was passed has on our state.

Act 383 is a new law that empowers women to reclaim their voice by filing a lawsuit for harm suffered by the abortion industry up to 5 years following an abortion. The ability to seek justice for the loss of their child and share their story is a powerful effect of this new law.

Pro-life victory was also achieved through the Stop Coerced Abortion Act. This expanded current legislation against forced abortion to not only include physical force, but threats like being kicked out of the home and other common methods of forced abortion.

We asked pro-life volunteers and advocates, "What does the public need to know about the pro-life movement?"

Two members of our youth team had the amazing opportunity to attend the National Right to Life Conference.

On July 24th, at Holy Family Church in Luling, join us to discuss the state of the pro-life movement three years after the overturn of Roe v. Wade.

Join us on July 23rd for Dine Out for Life at Ye Olde College Inn benefitting Louisiana and New Orleans Right to Life.
