Engage San Diego

Want to have a say in shaping the County’s budget for the new fiscal year starting July 1? A new online ranking tool is now available on Engage San Diego, and you can use it to list the County’s budget priorities in order of importance to you.

You can also stay informed by telling the County how you’d like to receive additional budget information. For example, email, text or some other form of communication. The online tool and survey will close March 28.  A balanced recommended budget for fiscal year 2025-26 will be released to the public on May 1.

Residents can give their feedback in several ways. A list of key days and times is listed on the budget website.

Learn more about how the County’s budget works and what it covers at County News Center.
