CIP Finishes is a specialty construction firm that handles all aspects of interior hardware in multi-family residential and related projects. Let us bid your next project. We have the experience you need, and a reputation you can trust.
CIP Finishes just completed a record year, and we want you to help us celebrate as we break ground on our new headquarters at 25 Centreport Parkway in Stafford County on Thursday, March 28, at 4 p.m. Since the company’s founding more than 30 years ago by owner and President Paul Milde, CIP Finishes has grown from a custom-closet installer to a Class A contractor that furnishes and installs interior finishing hardware in large multi-family residential communities throughout the Greater Washington, D.C., region and the mid-Atlantic. In 2018, we completed more than 7,000 units in 35 projects. Read on to learn more about our work.
CIP Finishes has completed tens of thousands of apartments in Maryland, Washington, D.C., Virginia and beyond, but we’ve also played a role in many of the Fredericksburg region’s most notable apartment and condominium communities. This fall, we will be installing finishing hardware at Crossroads Station , a new community near the Spotsylvania Virginia Railway Express station. Other Fredericksburg-area projects we’ve completed include:
·       Cobblestone Square in Downtown Fredericksburg
·       Eagle Village student condominiums at the University of Mary Washington
·       Abberly at Southpoint
·       Valor Apartments in Fredericksburg
We are proud to be working with WCS Construction on Avec on H Street . Located at 901 H Street NE in Washington, D.C. This project, developed in partnership with Rappaport, transforms a property that was an underutilized strip mall into a mixed-use complex that will include 419 apartments and 44,000 square feet of retail when completed this spring. It’s part of the overall revitalization of Washington’s H Street corridor, which we’ve been a part of through our involvement in other projects in the neighborhood, including 360H Street , 77 H and 501H Street .
Don’t miss the 5 th annual Stafford Regional Airport 5k Runway Runaway on Sunday, March 31. We are proud supporters of this event, which helps fund youth aviation programs.
