John Behn
has over 25 years in healthcare financial management, hospital operations, physician practice
administration, and revenue cycle management. He is an accomplished revenue cycle practitioner focused on all aspects of revenue cycle operations, performance improvement, training, and education. He has worked with hundreds of hospitals and physician practices to improve financial outcomes, compliance, and customer service. His clients include critical access hospitals, community hospitals, academic medical centers, large multispecialty physician groups, rural health clinics, and sole physician practices.
Prior to joining Warbird, John served as President of Stroudwater Revenue Cycle Solutions, a subsidiary of Stroudwater Associates, where he helped create, introduce, and establish comprehensive revenue cycle services. John has also served as Revenue Cycle Director and Departmental Financial Controller at two Academic Medical Centers as well as Physician Practice Administrator for a large multispecialty practice. John is based in Amherst, NH.
Laurie Daigle
has over 25 years of experience in healthcare administration, including hospital revenue cycle operations, business office management, auditing, and physician practice management. She is an accomplished revenue cycle practitioner focused on all aspects of revenue cycle operations, performance improvement, training, and education.
She has worked with hospitals and physician practices to improve revenue cycle outcomes, mitigate compliance concerns, and enhance customer service procedures. As a certified professional coder, she has extensive experience performing medical claim review and auditing.
Before joining Warbird, Laurie was instrumental in the creation of resources to unify coding, billing, and compliance concerns for total and inclusive revenue cycle oversight at Stroudwater Revenue Cycle Solutions. Laurie previously served as the Manager for Revenue Integrity for Elliot Health System in Manchester, NH. Laurie is based in Salem, NH.
