Greetings!

You are receiving this email as you are registered for, or have been a participant in the past. The Estrella Warbirds Museum, home of the Woodland Auto Display will be hosting their 14th annual Warbirds Wings & Wheels Car Show on May 13, 2023.  Average car entries range from 250 to 300 or more and all show cars are parked among the warbird planes and down the taxiway.  In addition to the cars there are food vendors, craft vendors, Firestone Walker Brewery serving beer, Eberle Winery serving wine, 50/50 drawing, raffle prizes, bounce houses and a face painter for the kids.  All museum buildings are open from 10 am to 4 pm and your $10 admission includes all museum buildings and displays in addition to all the car show festivities. 
 
For entering a car in the show, the fee is $45, and you will receive a goody bag, 2 admission tickets, dash plaque, (upon arrival at front gate), picture of your car with a warbird plane and a chance to win a cash prize of $600, $400 or $200. Drawing is done at the conclusion of the awards ceremony. Winner must be present to win.  We have 27 different categories to chose from for entering your car. Gates open at 6:30 am for parking your show car and must be parked prior to 9:45 am. Vehicle Registration can be done on line here ( fill out your registration online and use your credit card) or you can download the entry packet here (will display in your browser, then print and send it in with your check..

On Friday night May 12, 2023, we kick off the car show with a dinner/dance in the Hangar One with Monte Mills and the Lucky Horseshoe Band playing your favorite country and rock n roll music. Cost is $40 per person, table for 8 is $280 or a table for 10 is $360. Doors open at 6 with dinner at 6:30 and band starts at 7.  There is a silent auction and a 50/50 drawing. If your car is entered in the car show you receive one extra ticket for the cash drawing on Saturday. Tickets must be purchased in advance (either along with your vehicle registration), or register online here. The last several years has been close to a sold out crowd so register early! Limited to the first 235 reservations.

We also have plenty of spaces for sponsors, vendors and yes, we have a few new surprises up our sleeves, so stay tuned! We know its going to be a bigger and better event as gas prices have come down and covid restrictions lifted. We're ready for some fun!

This entire event has always been a fund-raiser for Estrella Warbirds Museum. We are staffed and operated primarily by volunteers whom have helped us build an incredible showcase here in Paso Robles.
