Dear Neighbour,
I would like to cordially invite you to attend a Ward 11 Virtual Town Hall Meeting to discuss the municipal issues that are important to you. I would also like to provide you with an opportunity to ask me and staff any questions that you might have about municipal issues. I have asked representatives from Peel Police, City By-law Enforcement, Traffic, Road Safety, Planning, Safe City Mississauga, and Metamorphosis Peel to attend this meeting as well.

Join Meeting from Windows and Mac (Laptop / Desktop Computer)
1. Click the meeting link noted above
2. If this is the first time you're joining a Webex meeting, Webex automatically downloads the app.
· If you don't want to install anything, click Join from your browser
· Click the installer file to install the app.
· If the automatic download didn't work, click Download the app again.
3. Enter the meeting number and password noted above
4. In the preview window, you can check your audio and video settings before you join the meeting
5. Click Join Meeting.
6. You will need to use the Raise Hand function in the Participants panel to speak at this meeting; this will be explained at the meeting.
Join Meeting from iOS and Android (iPhone, iPad, Android Phone / Tablet)
1. Click the meeting link noted above
2. Tap Download to install the Cisco Webex Meetings app and join the video conference.
3. Tap Open after the Webex Meetings app installs and accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Statement.
· If you’re joining a meeting for the first time on iOS, you must click the meeting link again to go to your meeting.
4. Enter the meeting number and password noted above
5. In the preview window, you can check your audio and video settings before you join the meeting
6. Click Join.
7. You will need to use the Raise Hand function in the Participants panel to speak at this meeting; this will be explained at the meeting.
Join Meeting from Telephone (Mobile Phone / Landline)
1. Dial 1-647-484-1596
2. Enter the meeting number noted above, then press #.
3. Enter the meeting password noted above, then press #.
4. You will need to use the Raise Hand function to speak at this meeting; press *3 to raise / lower hand
5. If required, press *6 to mute / unmute
