This for-profit grant provides funding to offset the eligible expenses associated with the presentation of safe and inclusive live music events to Mississauga residents and visitors. The program stems from the City’s Music Strategy and is designed to help increase the number and frequency of live music events in Mississauga.

From April 20 to May 8, join us for in-person and virtual events to learn how to take action to make our city more sustainable and resilient to our changing climate.

Take part in many Earth Day events throughout the City of Mississauga.

April is tax season, and we’re here to help. From return to refund, Mississauga Library, in partnership with the Canada Revenue Agency, is here to ease some of the stress caused by tax season with free workshops and tax clinics.

The library strives to educate and empower Mississauga residents by providing programs that reflect their needs and interests.

This includes helping residents understand their taxes, complete their tax return and get the benefits and credits they’re entitled to.

In-person programs do not require registration and are first come-first served. Residents interested in coming to a tax clinic can book an appointment with library staff in person or over the phone.

Visit mississaugalibrary.ca/taxes for more information about the library’s tax workshops and clinics.
Growing Mississauga is our bold action plan to build more housing and make it more affordable. We’re ready to grow responsibly but we will need support from other levels of government and the housing industry to make it happen.

Spring is finally here!

Which means our ticket to longer days and preparing for warmer weather ahead. It’s also a time of renewal and celebration for many cultures across our vibrant city. Looking to make plans with family and friends? Here are some ideas to welcome spring (also known as Spring Equinox) in Mississauga.
